How the job fits this community
California’s congressional map for the 2026 ballot is Proposition 50 (AB 604), adopted by voters on 4 November 2025. The U.S. Supreme Court allowed the map in February 2026. Unless a later order says otherwise, Proposition 50 is the map — not the 2021 Citizens Redistricting Commission lines. Confirm on the California Secretary of State and the voter-status lookup. Look up the address.
The 10th is still the central and east Contra Costa core: Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Danville, San Ramon, Brentwood, Oakley, plus eastern Dublin. Proposition 50 slightly altered the line. Antioch is the 9th. Confirm the address.
Federal work here is a 680 inbox and a Delta-edge inbox. Concord files the county seat-adjacent city. Walnut Creek and the Tri-Valley file the hills. Brentwood files east county. Staff who still file Antioch here are on the 2021 map.
