Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using typhoon.theamericans.us and related American Justice Party pages (the “Site”), operated by the American Justice Party (“AJP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about the American Justice Party’s mission, platform, and ways to get involved. Content is for informational and political advocacy purposes. It is not legal advice, medical advice, or professional counsel of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Submit false, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including malware, scraping that harms service, or overload attacks)
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with AJP
- Use the Site to spam or to collect personal data without consent
We may suspend or block access for violations or to protect the Site and users.
4. Contact Forms and Communications
When you submit a form or email us:
- You represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You authorize us to contact you about your request
- Messages may be stored and reviewed by AJP personnel at [email protected]
Selecting volunteer, donate interest, or membership options does not create a contract, membership, or obligation to donate. Donation information requests are informational only; payment is not processed on this form.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, text, graphics, logos, and layout on the Site are owned by AJP or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for fair use or other rights under law.
You may share links to public pages of the Site for non-commercial, political, or personal purposes, provided you do not misrepresent affiliation with AJP.
6. Political Content and Opinions
Platform statements, opinions, and advocacy content reflect AJP positions and may change. Nothing on the Site constitutes an official act of any government body. Candidate or party status, if any, is subject to applicable election law.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (including social media and theamericans.us). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is complete or current.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJP AND ITS OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AJP and its officers, volunteers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. Venue for disputes shall be in courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Arizona, as permitted by law.
