The Governor’s two-year clock is on 2026 and is not this desk. High Bailiff is two years. A Manchester town race is a town race. Do not skip the sheriff year because foliage season has a different calendar.
County-office petitions: 100 signatures, major-party filing with the county clerk. Vermont mails the general ballot by October 1 — vote.vermont.gov. Polls close 7 p.m. Confirm on the Secretary of State.
