This is Side Two

This page is the arena for this district, this cycle. It is where competition lives. Debate, live conference, and candidate ads belong here later.

It is not a campaign. It does not crown a winner. It does not tell you who to vote for.

For what the job is, use the office twin.

The map for this cycle

Virginia’s congressional lines for 2026 are the 2021 Special Masters map that has been in force since 2022, unless a higher court later says otherwise.

A mid-decade map went to voters in April 2026. The Supreme Court of Virginia voided that referendum on 8 May 2026. Do not take a district number from a graphic printed during that fight. Confirm on ELECT and the citizen portal.

Fairfax, Prince William, Hampton Roads, Henrico, and Chesterfield are split. Look up the address.

When

  • Election Day: Tuesday, November 3, 2026
  • The primary (held 4 August 2026 on the published calendar) and early-ballot windows are set by Virginia law. Confirm on Virginia Department of Elections.

All 435 voting House seats are on the 2026 ballot, including this one.

Who is on the ballot

Do not take names from a news comment or a text thread.

  1. Official candidate list / sample ballot — Virginia Department of Elections
  2. District lookup — ELECT citizen portal
  3. Current Member of record (not the same thing as the 2026 nominee) — House.gov finder

If a site and the official sample ballot disagree, the sample ballot wins.

What you are hiring

You are hiring a United States Representative for Virginia Beach, the Eastern Shore, and neighboring Roads pieces on the Special Masters map. Look up the address. Read the office page.

How to stay out of rumor

  • Registration and party affiliation for the primary: official Virginia tools
  • Mail and early voting rules: official sites only
  • “You can vote by text” and other shortcuts: treat as false until a .gov page says otherwise

This briefing will not invent voting procedures.

Debate and live (next state of this door)

This URL is the room. Discourse and live conference for this district land here when CIC says so — not on the textbook, not on SuperPack, not on WordPress.
