DMCA / Copyright Policy
The American Justice Party (“AJP”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of typhoon.theamericans.us (the “Site”) to do the same.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated contact:

2. Required Contents of a Notice
Your notice should include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works)
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same contact including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district in which AJP may be found if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice
4. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we may terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may be liable for damages.
