Crime and fire are city and town. Jail and civil process are the Sheriff. Prosecution is District 4 (with Somerset). Remedy for Augusta Police is that city. Remedy for a jail issue is the Sheriff’s door — confirm the live jail address. Relief when the river comes up is mutual aid. Service of a paper is still a person in Albion in March.
